What The Big Deal About Outsourcing? By Aurelio Ramos

The titled question, along with "How can outsourcing help me?" Are very common questions I am hearing these days, and rightly so. There are so many people that are just becoming aware of this powerful tool that has been the secret to many highly successful companies and individuals. These powerhouses understand the value of their time and efficiency. Thus, they look to focus on what they do best. So, how do they handle all those little things that often slow others down? They outsource! Plain and simple.

Now, your mind may start to veer of in a direction mine did when I first discovered this jewel. Thoughts such as...yes, "but they already have a lot of money" or "they have connections" or "it is hard work to find good people". Sure, these may be true for some of these individuals. However, there are literally thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of regular individuals such as you or me, that have used outsourcing quite successfully , and they did it with a smal! l amount of capital, without having connections, and very easily. How did they do it? They took a step and learned how to outsource. They checked out sites, such as Elance, Get a freelancer, and others. Some took the time to learn from someone who has already done it, such as OutsourcingMadeEasy.org.

There is no big secret to the formula for success, it can be as simple as taking a look at someone who has already done what you want to do and model what they've done effectively, adopting what works for you and implementing it until you get the results you want. Though the aforementioned is not a secret, why do so many people still fail? It is because they don't take action, they allow their way of thinking stop them. Could you imagine if Donald Trump had to personally handle every single one of his real estate engagements? Or Tony Robbins had to make every single arrangement for all his products , services, or events he offered? Or Oprah had to do all the productio! n and scheduling of all her own shows ? Then they would not be! nearly as effective and successful as they are today.

To help dispel some of the limiting thoughts , here is a quick example of a non-famous person that took advantage of outsourcing. James had recently been working quite long hours, many of those hours doing things that could be handed off to someone else. James decided to look into getting an assistant, he outsourced and he ended up with at least two assistants. The first one was a young lady in the Phillipines with a masters in business, and the second with a degree in computer science. The highest paid of these two assistants is getting paid $5 per hour and the other one is getting paid $3 per hour, and this is much higher than what they were getting paid in their country. So they were quite happy. James now has much more free time to play, exercise, and begin other business ventures.

Wondering, How do you actually get started? Here are some simple steps to get you started. If you've never outsourced before v! isit Elance or GAF, create a free account and take a look around. See what others are doing and outsourcing. Review some of the companies and start with a small project, maybe hiring an assistant.

If you want to learn how to make outsourcing easy, I'd suggest taking a look at www.outsourcingmadeeasy.org . I believe they offer a very good program on how to outsource effectively and with ease.

I trust you will take a step into outsourcing and begin creating your next level of success. Leo Ramos, owner of Body Mind Success.
